This is based on a real life account.

The story of Lolo, Elta, Ilta and Olta.

Lolo, Elta, Ilta and Olta are four tribes which live in harmony. In fact, these tribes are very similar, just that the Olta tribe is the most experienced and oldest, followed by Ilta, Elta and Lolo.

Olta has leaders, wise and supportive ones who would constantly lend support. Their soft spot lay at this niceness too, which the other tribes especially Lolo and Elta grew dependent on. Ilta has leaders too, though not as prominent as Olta, or not so yet. Elta and Lolo however have no leaders, each individual living as an equal and appreciating each others' presence.

Each tribe also has different progresses. Olta, Ilta and Elta have been making significant ones to improve their qualities of life while Lolo has been lingering around the level of "poor-average". This disheartened Olta, Ilta and Elta as Lolo did not seem to make an effort at all.

Now this is where things get interesting.

In Lolo there was a growing demand of leadership as it felt a need for someone to guide them to "prosperity". It would, however, be immensely rude to elect yourself as a leader in such tribes. Thus, bonds were formed and slowly some turned out to be more popular than others (the tribe was now no longer as equal). Finally, one emerged as the unofficial leader. The other three tribes looked upon at Lolo in a horrified manner but much to their disgust they had no say in the politics in Lolo's tribe, thus they accepted this fact and mostly addressed the leader when discussing formal issues.

Meanwhile, Olta's time in the forest was up and in hopes of better prospects, they moved to the city after imparting all their skills to the other tribes. Ilta, being the oldest tribe after the departure of Olta decided to lead the three tribes to a better future before their time was up. All four tribes (including Olta before they left) voted for leaders and roles in Ilta and everyone hoped they made the right decision.

No one knows if this was the best decision they could make. Five months later, the Lolo and Elta realised that the approach Ilta took was harsher. They were unused to the strict instructions handed out by Ilta members and started to quietly protest. Despite Olta members advising Ilta ones to take a softer approach, this still continued. Ilta's tactics were blatantly not helping in Lolo's process of becoming a better tribe.

Now we only have to wait and see for what this future brings us.

The End.

If you were able to get the story (referring to the group of people whom I directed this towards), I have to say that you are brilliant. This is a parody.
