I think I'm one of the few who like sessions with Ms Mary Tan. Aren't they cute? As in I've always liked the variety of (mostly happy!) songs we get to sing! Like the ABC song is adorable and others too. One thing I really like about her is that she is very small-sized. I remember Ms Loo saying that the reason she accepted Phoebe into choir was because though she is small-sized, she has a very big voice, which is true!
I think that may be why she accepted me too. So kudos for small-sized-big-voiced people! Like Ms Mary Tan!

I'm trying to change my attitude towards others singing. Last time if someone was singing badly I would always grimace, scrunch up my face and look away. I'm trying to take the approach of smiling and instead encouraging the person. Earlier this month I learnt the feeling of being grimaced at when my singing is not up to standard. Of course I wasn't happy, but it's rude to voice it out to the person that what she's doing is, well, not very nice.
So before I expect others to change, I shall try to change for the better.
I hope all of you change too! So long as someone is putting in effort there should be no reason to grimace as someone's singing! (:
If you want to comment we can do so Face-to-Face. I'm not very Textually-Inclined. :) Plus I like observing people's eyes in proportions to their noses, foreheads, etc.
